LI: How to solve word problems involving whole numbers.
For maths last week was to make a DLO of what we were learning and group 4 in was learning about Word Problems.
The way how we decide to show how we did our word problems was giving the people examples like, Darius had $25.10 and he went to the shop, he spends his money on a Mince & Cheese pie which cost $3.50 and also got a Protein Up & Go which cost $6.20, how much money does Darius have now?
So that’s basicly $25.10 – $3.50 – $6.20 = $15.4
